- What forms of payment are accepted?
- Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
- How do you guarantee the security of my credit card information?
- We use industry-standard SSL encryption to transmit credit card information securely. SSL allows our server to automatically establish a secure connection with your Web browser. When you enter your credit card number into the order form, it is scrambled, transmitted across the Internet, and then decoded when it gets to us. SSL was developed by Visa, MasterCard, and other major electronic commerce companies to safeguard the online shopping consumer.
- Why do I need cookies enabled to login or place an order?
- Cookies allow us to maintain what is known as a "user session." A session allows us to track your progress through our site and ordering system via the cookie. Your cookie from our site expires once you turn off your browser.
- Out of Stock?
- If your selected merchandise is out of stock, we will inform you immediately upon receipt of order. We will inform you via e-mail of shipping schedule.
- Do I pay sales taxes on my purchases?
- New York residents will have sales tax or 8.375% automatically added to their order. If Bridget's Gems is not collecting your state's taxes, you are expected to comply with your state's current laws regarding purchases over the Internet.
- What is your return/exchange policy?
- We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Bridget's Gems. You may return your merchandise within 14 days from date of receipt for a refund or exchange. After 14 days, we will provide a store credit for returns. All items must be returned unused and in the original packaging. Please Note: If your item appears to have shipping damage, please contact us immediately upon receipt so that we may replace the damaged item and pursue a claim with the shipper. If you have any questions, please email us at returns@bridgetsgems.com. Please Note: All sale items are non-refundable.
- How do I make a return/exchange?
- To make a return or exchange simply email info@bridgetsgems.com to obtain a return authorization (RA) number. Please indicate the RA number on the outside of the packaging to ensure prompt processing. Your return must be accompanied by the receipt and must include your RA number. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Returns need be well-packed and insured for the full price of the item. We recommend the return be sent via traceable method. We cannot guarantee a full refund without an RA number. Please ship all return items to the following address:

Standard Shipping
Orders placed by 12 Noon PST Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will ship from our warehouse within 2-3 business days. Express shipments can be quoted for Next day, 2-day or 3-day shipping. Please call us to be certain of a rush status and make a note on your order form. We will quote shipping ASAP. We offer four shipping options for delivery within the U.S.: Ground, 3rd Day Air, 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air. For Rush delivery on furniture items, please contact us. Please keep in mind, shipping times below are once the order leaves our warehouse:

3 Day Air 3-4 business days
2 Day Air 2-3 business days
Next Day Air 1-2 business days
Alaska and Hawaii: Please add 2-4 days for shipment.
You will be notified promptly by email of any delays in shipping. Your credit card will not be charged until your order has shipped. Items ordered together are not necessarily shipped together (due to size and weight), and may be received separately. Note: Items sent directly from our suppliers may take longer, and items ordered together may not arrive in the same box.- How are the Shipping Costs determined? Shipping costs are based on your total order amount before sales tax and promotional discounts are applied. To determine the shipping cost for your order, please refer to the chart above (charges are per shipping address). Some furniture and larger items have a delivery surcharge to cover additional shipping cost. Note: Items sent directly from our suppliers may take longer, and items ordered together may not arrive in the same box.
- How do I report damaged shipments?
- Please email us immediately at info@bridgetsgems.com and we will process a claim and/or replacement. Bridget's Gems MUST be informed within 3 days of delivery of all damaged goods, or we cannot process a claim. Please inspect all deliveries thoroughly upon arrival.
